The Florida Keys are a set of islands located at the southern tip of Florida.
Many of the islands are joined together by highway #1. This scenic but
busy road runs from the
Florida mainland to Key West - a distance of about 100 miles.
Coral reefs and sandy beaches attract many Miami tourists to the Florida
Keys.
The weather in the Keys is more temperate and less rainy than the
Florida mainland.
